I made the choice to convert to a religion from atheist but I'm confused...?

I can't speak for other denominations, but I can state for fact that the Roman Catholic Church accepts the Big Bang theory. They state the exact instant of creation was God, but they don't oppose scientists studying anything except that. I was raised Catholic, and my priest always said that when we read the Bible, we shouldn't be asking ourself whether it was true, but we should ask ourself what it was supposed to mean. A lot of what I was taught was what we could learn from the Bible was in regards to how we should act, instead of what happened in the past

We elect them to REPRESENT US, not to go and act out of their own self interest. If they aer not representing, we have every reason to complain. I'd of said no, of course so that's why I can't look up to them. For example, W Bush was asked by his people dying in New Oreals to help them, he didn't. Cruelty indeed. Too busy war mongering. Alton towers rides!!?

i love rides at alton towers. i love going on air, Nemesis and oblivion, however when i go in july with my fiends,they want to go on spinball whizzer and i think it looks the scariest of all. is it really as bad as i think it is? and i want to be a fast track ticket, which one would you say was best value. i like big rides, however i also enjoy runaway mine train, the flume and the rapids.
