A 19 month old *should* be able to say 4-8 words?

Look all kids are different and alot of times there is nothing wrong with them other then they dont want to. However there is always speech therapy if you really think he has a problem get him in now and he will be fine. also you might want to have his hearing checked maybe he is not hearing stuff correctly. but keep in mind he might just be a late learner on the whole talking thing or might just not want to kids a funny like that!
