Can greek orthodox and muslims marry?

I am born Greek orthodox and I have been seeing this Muslim Guy. First off I should say I am not religious and he is but not fully. He is a Pakistani Guy and is so respectful and absolutely wonderful. We adore eachother but I have never met his family. Its only been 4 months but we are head over heals for eachother. Should I give it 6 months and if there is no introducing me then call it quits? I have read so much abouut his religion and it's seems fair to me but its just odd and I always can't help but feel everything is so secreative between him and his family and friends. Maybe im crazy but id like some people's opinions.
