What would be an ideal gift for an ultra orthodox Jewish person?

what would be an ideal appropriate gift to give to a youngish guy(he's roughly mid 20's) who is of ultra orthodox Jewish faith? he has gone to amazing lengths to sort out a house and has renovated it to high standards for me&my terminally ill father to live in. we want to return our gratitude and show how grateful we are (obviously taking care of the house will be one thing!) so what else would be an appropriate gift to give him? we are not close personal friends so it would have to be a gift that is not too personal etc. any suggestions much appreciated! thanks!
