Should i help my mum or put my foot down?

I recently started working and i had some seriouse debt to clear up without any help but after the debt ive continusly contributed to the household eg paying bills, buying food, giving my mum money for travel and even buying her shoes and things to wear and money to do what she needs by herself but she dosent seem to appriciate it and this month she asked me to pay her phone bill the thing is i get paid first so she naturally asks me. I just want to treat myself without the guilt and unappriciative mum but that makes me feel guilty.
