I am tired of the denominational mess in protestanism. I'm looking into the church orthodox church?

The denominationalism of protestanism is bothering me. The is a buffet of denominations all teaching something different unto salvation. I'm sick of it. I would rather go to the original and learn truth. How do I go about joining. Do I have to be re-baptized into orthodox like I would in baptist or pentecostal?
