I am girl belonging to general category(orthodox) in love with a guy belonging to Other Backward class(latin?

catholic).hes well settled.my parents are not happy with the relation.his parents are ok with me and the relation but my parents are not happy due to the caste difference.they say about their stand in the society and talks between our relatives.my parents have told me they will finally let us get married but never from their heart and after marriage they will never be with us for anything.i cant bare to see my parents tears.i truly know this guy is the perfect guy for me.he is ready to do anything for me,only to get me.hes gone through pressures like job change,change to new house,ready to change caste(only if that is the last option left to get me).i cant leave a guy like him.and cant see my parents tears too.what can be done?what is the right thing to do?if my parents want to see me happy with the guy they decide,i wont be happy on the wedding day.if i decide to marry my guy,my parents wont be happy on my wedding day.
