How to diet hard? DESPERATE, please read! wedding approaching!!?

Gotta do what you gotta do...drink a lot of water, before and after you eat. Exercise a couple hrs a day, and a lot of cardio...so you don't gain a lot of muscle weight...eat very little like four times a day, and I mean A LITTLE like what fits in the palm of you hand and NOT overheaping.
